Sam Empowerment Foundation (SEF) is a structured NGO based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to providing humanitarian services to vulnerable groups. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/NO 70103), SEF employs professionals skilled in community mobilization on issues such as HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Nutrition, Menstrual Hygiene, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), and Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH). Our initiatives also include Social and Behavioral Change Communication and Psychosocial Support Services.

SEF maintains strong relationships with government, ministries, departments and agencies, including the Federal Ministries of Health, Education, Youth and Sports Development, and Water Resources. We are registered with the Ministry of Budget and National Planning and other key bodies. By collaborating with local and international stakeholders, and being active members of several civil society networks, SEF enhances service delivery to improve the well-being of vulnerable children and women in Nigeria.
