In pursuit of the goal of achieving gender equality in education as expressed in the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which states that “Access to quality education is the right of every Nigerian child”, SEF was a part of a two-day seminar organized by the Federal Ministry of Education in collaboration with UNICEF and FCDO titled “ZONAL STAKEHOLDERS CONSENSUS/CRITIQUE MEETING ON THE REVISED NATIONAL GENDER POLICY IN EDUCATION”
